These Terms & Conditions govern all logistics services provided by Avatar Logistic.
By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Nature of Service
Avatar Logistic operates as a logistics provider and freight intermediary. The company does not manufacture, own, or modify the shipped goods.
3. Payment Terms
• All service fees must be paid before cargo release unless otherwise agreed in writing. • The company reserves the right to retain cargo until full payment is received. • Any additional charges (customs duties, inspections, storage, penalties) must be settled by the clientor (when agreed).
4. Client Warranty
The client guarantees that: • All shipment information is accurate. • The goods comply with all applicable laws. • The goods are not counterfeit or prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for: • Indirect losses • Loss of profit • Business interruption • Market losses due to delay
Liability, if proven, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to: • Government restrictions • Customs delays • War • Natural disasters • Port congestion • Strikes
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
